This non-profit benefit corporation is in the process of being created. The Articles of Incorporation and initial By-Laws are available below for the review. A Zoom meeting will be held on March 27, 2025 at 7:30pm so that members wishing to learn more about the corporation or have input or questions regarding these late drafts may make their voices heard in this process.
